The Shechinah Third Temple, Inc. was approved as a non-profit corporation on February 1, 2001. We are thus tax exempt from federal income tax under section 509 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code and are considered a publicly supported organization as described under section 501 (c) (3). Contributions to the Shechinah Third Temple, Inc. are therefore tax deductible and donors will receive acknowledgement of their generosity at the end of the respective year that they make their contribution(s).
